We grew up on the eastern coast of the United States where bagels were one of our favorite foods.  Several years ago our family relocated to Basel.  We LOVE Switzerland but often find ourselves craving a good old-fashioned American bagel.  Our bagels help ignite our memories and keep us connected to our past.  It is an important part of our family and our culture.  It is with pride and love that we share our traditions with you.
