We always do our best to be able to accommodate all of our customer's needs. Since our bagels are handcrafted and made to order, we kindly ask you to email your orders 2 days before receiving your bagels. This allows us time to restock our inventory of delicious wholesome ingredients.
No order is complete until an order confirmation email is sent.
Please place your most important orders early. Our bagels are handcrafted, therefore we limit the number of orders we accept each day.
As our young company grows we will be able to offer you our delicious bagels on more days of the week and at more locations around Basel. Please keep coming back to check for updates.
PICKUP ORDERS
Our Bagelers will be busy baking nice and early on Tuesday & Friday mornings. For your convenience bagel orders can be picked up at these local establishments:

Although the address is Reinacherstrasse 66, the facility is not accessible from Reinacherstrasse by car. One must enter the facility via the traffic circle on Bruderholzstrasse. Exit the circle by the new bright red building. Then follow the road. It will eventually run parallel with Reinacherstrasse. Follow it all the way to the end. There you will find a parking lot. Park and walk around the other side of the small white building. This is the office and bistro. Once inside the building go to the front desk and let them know that you are there to pick up Mama's Bagels. They will have your bagels and the TWINT QR code for payment.
While you are there, check out the facilities. It is under new management and they are making many upgrades and changes. Feel free to sip a coffee or a beer and sample some of their locally produced foods.
Atelier du Monde
Giornicostrasse 230

Atelier du Monde has a Pick-Up Cabinet located outside the café, Gornicostrasse 230, 4959 Basel. Access code will be provided in your confirmation email.
Also, Fridays between the hours of 15:00 and 18:00 the Atelier du Monde Café sells individual bagels for takeaway & bagel sandwiches to enjoy at the café. Pick up your bagels and feel welcome to stay and order a coffee or a prosecco. It is a lovely way to start your weekend.

Interested in trying Mama's Bagels, but not ready to place an order? Are you more spontaneous or does preordering feel like a chore?
Union Sport sells Mama's Bagels with Cream Cheese in their restaurant~ while supplies last.
Atelier du Monde also has individual Mama's bagels for sale on Fridays between 15:00 & 18:00. They carry a variety of bagels. Sometimes, they even have bagels that are not yet listed on the website. Stop in and get them while supplies last!
Please note, Mama's Bagels discounted online prices only apply to preorders. In-store purchase prices may vary, as they should. Those hard-working servers and café managers deserve to earn a fair wage.
DELIVERY
**SPECIAL OFFER** on Orders Over CHF 60
WITHIN CANTON BASELSTADT free delivery on orders over CHF 60.
Addresses with postal codes 4101, 4102, 4103, 4142 also qualify for free delivery on orders over CHF 60.
The recipient must be available to receive the delivery within the agreed-upon window of time. These fresh-baked bagels are made especially for you and we want to make sure that you get to enjoy them so, unfortunately, we can not leave the bagels at your door or in your mailbox. We will however be happy to deliver to your home or workplace within the free delivery zone.
Delivery orders must be prepaid via Twint. Since these bagels are made to order, we can not offer refunds if you are not available to personally receive the bagels at the address provided during the delivery window.
OTHER DELIVERY AREAS Please inquire via email if your delivery address qualifies for delivery services. Delivery fees apply and vary based on location.

For larger orders invoicing is possible.
